How We can Shape a More Inclusive Workplace

Last month, ergoCentric hosted a great panel discussion in its downtown Toronto showroom&store. The topic was how we can shape a more inclusive workplace. The panel was moderated by Jane Sleeth of Optimal Performance, who was joined by Ricardo Wagner, Accessibility Lead at Microsoft, Dr. Mike Sonne, VP Research at MyAbilities, and Marcia O’Connor, President at AMFM Consulting. The discussion was attended by a diverse group of stakeholders ranging from Ergonomists, Interior and Industrial Designers, Human Resources Managers, Facilities Managers to staff from the Ontario Ministry of Labour.

Miles Keller, president of Dystil, a creative product design studio in Toronto said, “That was a really great event. I learned some things and left feeling rather inspired.” For a copy of the article in The Business of Furniture, please click here. For coverage in Canadian Interiors magazine, please click here.
