Island Health Portal Tutorial

ergoCentric and Chase Office Interiors provide Island Health associates with a web portal to generate purchase requisitions and help you speed up the ordering process in a convenient and user-friendly way. To access this feature, you will first need to create an account. Please follow the steps indicated below:

  1. How to setup a user profile:
    1. Go to the web address: http://portal.ergocentric.com/register
    2. If you already have an ergoCentric Portal account, you will be asked for your password and will not be required to create a new account
    3. Fill out your contact information
    4. For REGISTRATION CODE use: viha2016
    5. Click on REGISTER

2. Log on to your user profile using the email and password you have created. http://portal.ergocentric.com

3. How to Select Product:

All chairs are listed in the main catalogue menu. The page lists all the seating options in the main window and Type of Seating search criteria on the left along with seating colour and arm option information.

4. Finding product by Search Criteria

6. How to Finalize Requisition

  1. You will be taken to the Order Summary page, please review your order for accuracy and click ‘Continue

7. Complete delivery instructions

 

  1. Fill out the delivery instructions and please make sure to include the full hospital/facility name and room number in the delivery instructions to avoid unnecessary delays in delivery. Please do not use abbreviations in the facility name.
  2. Click on CREATE REQUISITION

8. How to finalize your chair quote for approval and processing:

  1. After creating requisition you will see your confirmation requisition number and will be able to download the copy for print or forwarding. You will also receive a PDF copy by email.
