ergoCentric’s Founder and CEO Terry Cassaday spoke with 105.9 FM’s program The Feed, about the different ways it is reaching customers during the pandemic.  ergoCentric opened its new Yorkdale showroom&store because the pandemic actually increased its business dramatically. “We opened on October 3 and I knew that it was a risk that we could get shut down, a risk I was willing to take as it’s a long-term strategy of ours to have more retail locations”, said Terry Cassaday, “One of the innovative tools we created was the Online Chair Fitting Tool. It allows our customers to input their body measurements online and have their chairs fitted without physically coming to the stores.
