GSA stands for General Services Administration, a U.S. government civilian agency. The Federal Supply Service is the agency within the GSA that awards and manages the federal contracts for various manufacturers so these manufacturers can sell to the U.S federal government.

Is ergoCentric registered In SAM (System for Award Management) formally the Central Contractor Registration Database (CCR)?

Is ergoCentric a large, small or other than small business?

ergoCentric is categorized as an other than small business.

Does ergoCentric accept Government purchase card orders?

Yes.

Does ergoCentric accept credit card orders?

Yes. We require that a specific form be submitted with such orders. Please contact your local ergoCentric Sales Manager or a participating dealer.

Does ergoCentric accept open-market orders?

ergoCentric accepts non-contract (open market) orders at competitive pricing. Please contact your local ergoCentric Government Sales Manager or a participating dealer.

Does ergoCentric accept orders for overseas destinations?

Yes. Orders are sold using the current domestic schedules. Freight is only paid for within the 48 contiguous states. Ocean freight is the responsibility of the government. Please contact your local ergoCentric Sales Manager or a participating dealer.

What are ergoCentric’s lead times?

ergoCentric’s standard lead time is 10 days for task and specialty seating and 20 days for orders specifying IC+ Upholstery Solution. Please contact your local ergoCentric Sales Manager or participating dealer for more information.

Can I get product on an expedited basis?

ergoCentric’s standard lead time is 10 days for task and specialty seating and 20 days for orders utilizing IC+ Upholstery Solution. Exceptions can be accommodated. Please contact your local ergoCentric Sales Manager or a participating dealer for more information.

What is ergoCentric’s warranty?

All ergoCentric seating comes backed by our industry leading Lifetime Warranty and includes parts and labor. Please review the full details here. For service contact us at any time.

What is ergoCentric’s policy on cancelled orders?

Customer’s cancellation to an acknowledged purchase order must be confirmed in writing and will be accepted subject to our ability to conform. Prior to production, no cancellation charge will apply. After production, only actual cost incurred that the manufacturer can demonstrate if the items are not sold within 6 months.

What is ergoCentric’s policy on returned orders?

Return authorization (RA) is required for all returned merchandise. Only packages that have an RA number clearly indicated on the outside of the box will be accepted by ergoCentric. To obtain an RA number, please contact your Customer Account Manager. Shipping must be prepaid and ergoCentric reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee. Merchandise must be received in excellent condition and damaged returns will be subject to an additional charge. Custom fabricated merchandise cannot be returned for credit.

What is the Industrial Funding Fee (IFF)?

The Industrial Funding Fee is an administrative fee ergoCentric is required to remit to the General Services Administration quarterly to cover the costs of administering the federal supply schedule program.

What is ergoCentric’s policy on purchase order modifications?

Customer requested changes to an acknowledged purchase order must be confirmed in writing and will be accepted subject to our ability to conform. Changes will not be accepted if manufacturing is in process or merchandise has been shipped in compliance with customers’ original order.
