As organizations rethink workplace strategies to support the changing workplace landscape, it is critically important to recognize what hasn’t changed, and factor this into the reimagined workplace. This course will demonstrate that an ergonomically sound workstation matters more than ever amidst this transformation of the workplace to focus on people performance and well-being. Not only is an ergonomically sound workstation a foundational element of well-being, but it also contributes to more equitable and inclusive environments, and de facto contributes to overall ESG performance.
